The oversized foot pedals are MaxTone ™ Gel-cushioned with arch support for even great comfort and ease of joints. When it comes to the console features and extras, this trainer comes with 12 workout programs , MP3-Compatible speakers, GoalCenter ™ Performance Tracking, and a fan, water bottle holder and reading rack built in. As with other trainers in this series, the EX-79 also comes with an ECB Magnetic Brake resistance system for a smooth and quiet workout experience ideal for in-home use. With a weight capacity of 326 pounds and a flywheel weight of 17.6 pounds, overall this trainer is built with a strong motor and durable, reliable frame.

What this trainer lacks is an impressive warranty and the ability fold up for storage, not so ideal for those working in smaller spaces.
