When it comes to the console features and extras, this trainer comes with 12 workout programs , MP3-Compatible speakers, GoalCenter ™ Performance Tracking, and a fan, water bottle holder and reading rack built in. As with other trainers in this series, the EX-79 also comes with an ECB Magnetic Brake resistance system for a smooth and quiet workout experience ideal for in-home use.
